Chris is a full-star realtor who is professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and extremely honest with us. We were new to the country, new to the DMV area, and first-time buyers. Chris worked with us more like a friend than a realtor, accurately identifying any potential issues with the houses we looked at and providing suggestions for fixes should we wish to consider them further. We particularly appreciated how Chris always replied to our messages within a minute, no matter if it was 7 AM in the morning or 11 PM at night. If you are even remotely thinking about or looking for a realtor in the DMV area, search no more as Chris Dudley is not only your guy, but also can become a true friend. We first met in Dec 2021 having just moved to the area with no where to live except Airbnb spots that we rotated through. Initially we weren’t sure if we would rent or buy, but both markets were hot at the same time…and neither were encouraging. Chris, being Chris, with his wit and sense of humor was what kept me sane. And, with his persistence, toured sites and found us a home to rent in April 2022 while we were traveling abroad on the other side of the world. When we determined our next steps would be to purchase a property, Chris was well positioned to help us find a new home that we wanted to build. Between signing the initial sales contract and moving in a year later, a whole bunch of life happened and Chris was with us through the ups and downs of the process as well as in the details of final inspection and settlement.
